Product Returns

For returnable product call 1-800-348-5370 or email us at sales@electronicpestcontrolpro.com for a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N) within 30 days of invoice date. Returns must be in original manufacturer box, inside an outer shipping box, sent by Mail (with Delivery Confirmation) or alternate trackable method, and have the R.A.N. written on the outside of the package (we cannot accept unauthorized returns). Credits will not include shipping cost. Returned product must be received at Electronic Pest Control Pro within 2 weeks of the R.A.N issued date to ensure credit.

The 30 day Money Back Guarantee applies to products which have this guarantee listed in the product information page. Merchandise will be credited at the original price less freight

The following return policy applies to all products which do not have a specific guarantee or special return policy listed on the product information page. Merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and restocking fees of between: 15% and 25% depending on the item.
